Great little taco shop. As an out of towner, I found it funny the night we were there the special was Nashville Hot Catfish.. Taco was good, but wasn't Nashville Hot 😆. Don't worry you're not alone.

Great spot for some farm to table food! Great flavor and great service too. Try the guacamole it has 18 ingredients and it’s delicious.

This use to be my favorite restaurant since moving to Travelers Rest. I haven’t been in a few months and I came back tonight and my two favorite tacos are gone. The crab cake taco and the duck taco were what set this place apart. I am really sad to see this place give up its two best items because supposedly the “shelf life” wasn’t good.

Farmhouse tacos is a quaint taco place in the small city of Travelers Rest. The inside is similar to a warehouse with lights and neat decor. Although I didn’t have a margarita they have a lot of different unique options. I will have to get one next time I visit. The complimentary chips and salsa had a great flavor. It was fresh and slightly smoky. For my meal I had the Baja fish taco and charred corn on the Cobb. The presentation of the corn on the Cobb was pretty neat and the taste definitely matched! The taco was also very fresh and a nice healthier option. They had a lot of neat taco combinations - something for everyone!

Great atmosphere and high quality food. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure we were seated quickly and had a great experience. We had a large group and they quickly accommodated us. Food was all fresh and easy on the eye!

Very good tacos, I got fried avocado & buttermilk fried chicken. Creative combinations & yummy fresh charred corn.

IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DISEASE OR A GLUTEN ALLERGY DO NOT GO HERE. Many items on the menu are marked gluten free but they are not. All gluten free items are put into a fryer with items containing gluten. We were very excited to find a restaurant with such a large gluten free selection on their menu as many people in our friend group have gluten allergies, but that was not the case. There are actually no truly gluten free items on the menu.

Fried Avocado taco and Braised Pork... absolutely delicious! Perfect stop coming off the Swamp Rabbit Trail! Chill atmosphere. A TR gem!

We had a dinner catered for 27 people. We received enough food for 50 plus people. So we paid for a lot of unnecessary food which I believe is unfair. We did not have enough room to store all the leftovers so it had to be thrown out. The food was good for the most part but collard greens were too spicy. We asked the manager if they would like the unopened containers back or if they could pick them up and dispose of and she acted like we were bothering her by asking.

An original provincial arrangement. With multiple vegan options, it is a local eatery for all. Try the iconic margaritas in their mini Mason jars. Try the impossible nachos (a good vegan option) Mine is without the soy burger. Try the pizzas with multiple cheese, non cheese options. You will be glad your curiosity and appetite led you to this local secret and asset to a community.As all produce and products are from local farms, there is true pride in comradery /partnership to honorable food savoring selections.

I was a little skeptical since each taco is about $4.50 I didnt wanted to spend a lot of money specially in a place that I have not eaten before. I ended up ordering 4 tacos and to my surprise they were extremely delicious and the portions were very generous. I thought the buffalo chicken tacos were really good. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for something unique.

I had a taco bowl with fresh corn, black beans and spinach. The spicy chipotle sauce was great with the addition of the calabash shrimp on the salad. First time eating at this establishment. Will be back!

Just stopped in for the first time this afternoon after hearing good things from other locals. All I have to say is the monster enchilada was amazing! Probably the best one I have had! The meat was absolutely delicious. The queso is amazing and has some bean in peppers mixed in which I thought was a great add in. I also go the spicy southern margarita which was pretty good but it was a small drink which was expected. I love the fact that they support the local economy by sourcing all their products from local SC farms. I would highly recommend you come check this place out if you are in Travelers Rest! Would be a great pit stop after a long bike or run on the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

I really love farmhouse tacos!!! The food was great, pretty good prices and it was a really fun experience! I loved the smores as a dessert option, that's super creative and enjoyable. The only thing that wasn't great was the crowds. It was completely packed, and extremely loud and a bit uncomfortable because of it. The bar had sports playing on the TV, which was even louder than the music playing in the restaurant (and they were playing line dance music which was very strange). But I may have just been there on a busy day. The food was great and I had fun :)

Enjoyed a late lunch here and the tacos did not disappoint! Had the Crab Cake w/Fried Green Tomato Taco, Fish Taco and Buffalo Chicken Taco. Was told all the food was locally sourced.

The braised chicken taco was great. I don't usually get into "gourmet" tacos, but these were perfect!

Slow service from person after our drink order was taken. Once she finally came to take our food order, she answered our questions and food came out. On the board it said tortillas were for my tortilla company in Greenville but they tasted like store-bought tortillas otherwise the food was really good the feelings inside were really good and fresh love to the pickle celery. Great to see new restaurants in TR. Didn't order any alcoholic drinks this trip but they looked great props on two restrooms that are unisex.

Since it has opened I’ve tried it three different times and it has continually gotten worse. A couple nights ago we were seated fast and then waited for over 15 minutes for anyone to even come to our table...which was only because I went and asked the hostess about our server. Server was nice but food was terrible. Tacos extremely wet and soft and tasted terrible. Which has been a continual experience.

I cant wait to go back. Food was the best.

We stopped here on the way home from our last mountain trip. This was so far beyond our expectations. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed it so much that we got some to go. The ingredients are locally sourced. Going out of our way to pass by here on our way back from this trip so we can stop in.

Cute place. Looked like it would be a good experience plus we aren't from the area and are always looking for clean food. The salsa and chips were good. The service was slow. Had some friends meet us who live an hour or so away. Drinks were subpar. Beer wasnt cold. Had t asked them to keep it in a freezer for 10 before she brought it out. Had shrimps tacos. Shrimps were hard as a rock. Had some chili season on it. Seemed to be deep fried them they put the seasoning on. Blah. Needed brown rice. Only had white. Disappointing

Soooooo absolutely delicious!!! I got the seared tuna taco and a fish taco with a $5.00 Margarita!! Oh and chips with guacamole. Will return! Hopefully sooner than later!!!

Really great tacos! Monster enchilada is definitely a MONSTER! Friendly staff and super fast service. Made with fresh ingredients. What's not to like?

I can't believe it but the post right under me is the exact same thing that happened to me and my family to the T. Food was amazing, always employees were wearing gloves, but the service.... total table time was a little over an hour from sit down to check and we ate everything in 10 min.

Quite simply one of the best meals we ha EA had in years. As people who eat a mostly vegetarian diet, we often feel like an afterthought when dining out. The BBQ jackfruit was so well executed that the entree felt like the star of the show. Great service, quality drinks, and an amazing atmosphere put the icing on the cake of a perfect experience.

This place must be best suited for retired people who don’t have anywhere to be.... 28 minutes between ordering and food arriving at our table. Then a long wait for the check and I ended up taking it inside to have the bartender cash us out. One portion of our order was wrong. Tea was weak and tasted like water. Never got a single refill. They had plenty of servers on the floor for the occupied tables while we were there too. I hate leaving bad reviews but hoping management/owner sees this as constructive feedback.

Service there was great! We had a really cool waiter named Daniel, who served us some great food. The only thing you should note is that on weekends they are really busy so we had to wait 20 mins for the food. But I would say that the wait was definitely worth it.

Beautiful restaurant, nice staff members, BAD FOOD. Tacos came out cold with no flavor. I wish they’d put the same effort into the flavor of the food as they did with the aesthetics of the place. Don’t be fooled by the trendy looks, not worth it.
